Just a few short years ago I would have rated this mall 1star at best. However, it truly looks like they are truly revitalizing the mall, not just talk like other prior owners. Their hard work is really showing. The store fronts are starting to fill up again, and the entire mall actually looks and feels clean! Anyone who used to frequent this mall can attest to how grimy it was in past years.

My daughter and I went there for Christmas gifts for Mom. There was SO much to choose from, it was difficult to make a choice! We had a ball and did some great bonding as well!!

I've grown up in west lansing for 40 years. The lansing mall has really deprecated into something really sad. All they have is obscure food places because no big chains want to invest in such a dump. Houlihans is closed for years despite the malls website still stating its open. Just sad

For a dying shopping mall it’s not a bad stop. There’s not a great selection of food but the pizza place and pretzel shop are great. There’s a decent play area and a decent selection of stores. It seems safe enough and it’s quiet and never crowded. There’s also a decent movie theater! We enjoy taking the family to shop. Overall, a good (dying) mall to enjoy!
